HELP with Date A Live obb file please

HELP with Date A Live obb file please
At first it seems like the obb file can be opened by 7zip or winrar but once the files are extracted they can't be opened it says that they are corrupted, I already tried opening it with quickbms obb type extractor but it didn't work either, I already used quickbms filecutter and attached the files. I don't know if the obb files are encrypted or not but I have been struggling with it like for months... please help me and thank you.

The files inside the OBB file appear to be encrypted not corrupted

yeah I know it's encrypted but when i view the images it's says corrupted.
