@g3stapo It looks like you already have everything there, with hactool and XCI-Explorer for extracting the Nintendo NCA file. So what's the problem?

it gives me an error
"Invalid NCA header! Are keys correct?"
i tried to do through yuzu.. but the game does not open, because prod.keys is wrong

The first thing you can do is getting the latest version of hactool because yours seems very old (2018?):
https://github.com/SciresM/hactool/releases Regarding the keys, I suppose you have the correct keys for that game, right?
If you don't have the keys, it's obvious that you get that error and you had to specify it since the first post.

yes i updated version
I don't know if they are correct..
how can i get the correct keys stored in keys.ini?
