Reader Rabbit Kart Racing .DCT texture files?

I have extracted models and textures from this game on iOS, the models were .DCM and can be opened with Monster Jam Mobile plugin for Noesis, but the textures I still have no idea, anyone able to figure this out here maybe? I've attached the texture file
