I'm trying to unpack Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 CVM file, but i got this error
"is not a valid application win32" i downloaded it from here,
http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=67532#p67532 i search about the error and it says that can be corrupted, anyone could help me with that? ty

In your image it's visible that you are calling 2 different executables. First is ok, second one is wrong. Recheck the image.

The path of the first command is: c:\users\jose\documents\cvm_tool_02\cvm_tool.exe
The path of the second command is: c:\users\jose\cvm_tool.exe
Probably the cvm_tool.exe in the second path is just a file of zero bytes.

i still get a "error opening 'dataE.cvm' for reading"

ooooooooooooooooooh, did it, i placed the CVM file into my user path!
